The ARALCI plant is a state-of-the-art, fully automated factory. Technical features of the plant inlcude a loading capacity of 800 tons per 8 hours and any sort of product can be manufactured with a ratio of 100%. The plant, bearing and environmentalist character thanks to the pollution prevention filters installed on the system, has no waste material and is environmetally firendly.

 One of the major attributes in plaster production is the purity rate of the gypsum. Along with the 8 operation certificates that ARALCI bears, the kiln plant is operated with a gypsum purity rate ranging from 99,2%  to 99,9% thanks to the accurate operations performed. In addittion, the calcite utilized as ancillary material is extracted from its own pits and used at plaster factory by micronization. Both gypsum and calcite stone add amblance to the product and comply with our principle of the whitest and the best quality.

      Our factory is established at an area of 175.000 m2 and there is an inter-factory railway which passes form raw material field and reaches the packaging field.

      ARALCI, which aims to build a plasterboard facility will be a leader at plaster industry and realize to establish a structure which is followed and imitated.
