Application Guideline

Water Insulation and Adhesion:
Surely make the application on the spaces where the adhesion and also water insulation are required, without use of insulation materials, with the combined adhesion method.
As another method; form a layer with the trowel as the thickness of 1-2 mm. at first. Make oval the corner combination areas in the application space oval and reinforce the mortar with the netting. Start to the adhesion work after you waited for 24 hours.

General Application:
Pay attention that the surface thad been cured and strong.
Remove the residues that will prevent to adhere on the surface.
If there are defects on the application surface, straighten them with the TamirArt.
Mix it until there will not be any lump as pouring 25 kg. powder mortar over 5-5,5 lt. water slowly .(Use of low cyclical mixer is recommended for mixture.)
Rest the mortar for maturation for 5-10 minutes, mix it again before you start to apply.
Rake the mortar with a notched raked trowel that is suitable to the flor tile as spreading it on the surface. (See: Table of Notch Sizes). Use the Combined Adhesion Method.
Use of the combined adhesion method is recommended for the use of 60x60 cm. and bigger dimensional coating materials.
Adhere the floor tiles on the mortar that has been raked in 20 minutes.
Consume the prepaired mortar in 2 hours.
Dispose the old and formed rind mortar.
Make the joint filling work on wall after 24 hours, on ground after 2 days.

Warnings
Do not breathe the powder because of its is cement based, do not make it contact with skin and eye.
Do not add any admixtures that were not determined in the application guideline.
Store it in the dry environment with maximum 10 coat storings.
Above values had been given for 23 °C ± 2 and %50 ±5 humid environment conditions. These values may change according to the environmental conditions.
