Application
Direction
Pay attention that
the surface that been cured and strong.
Remove the residues
that will prevent to adhere on the surface.
If there are
defects on the application surface, straighten them with the TamirArt.
Mix it until there
will not be any lump as pouring 25 kg. powder mortar over the liquid component slowly
.(Use of low cyclical mixer is recommended for mixture.)
Rest the mortar for
maturation for 5-10 minutes, mix it again before you start to apply.
Rake the mortar
with a notched raked trowel that is suitable to the floor tile as spreading it on the
surface.(See: Table of Rake Notch Size). Use the Combined Adhesion Method.
Adhere the floor
tiles on the mortar that has been raked in 20 minutes.
Make the adhesion
work towards the horizontal while working with big dimensional coating materials and do
not start to the upper coat after the finished coat had its first resistance. Leave
expansion joint once each 3,5 m. vertically and horizontally
Consume the
prepared mortar in 1,5 hours.
Dispose the old and
formed rind mortar.
Make the joint
filling work after 2 days.
Warnings
Do not breathe the
powder because of its is cement based, do not make it contact with skin and eye.
Use the product
with the liquid component. Do not add water or any admixtures.
Store the liquid
component between 5 °C - 23 °C, as it will not expose to the sunlight directly.
Store the liquid
component in the dry environment with maximum 10 coat storing.
Above values had
been given for 23 °C ± 2 and %50 ±5 humid environment conditions. These values may
change according to the environmental conditions. |
