Application Direction
Remove the dust on
the surface where the adhesive will be applied.
Pour 25 kg dry
mortar over (1 bag) 8-9 lt. water and mix them as there will not be any lumps. (Use of low
cyclical mixer is recommended for the mixture.)
Rest the prepared
mortar for 10 minutes. Mix it again before you start to apply.
Apply the adhesive
on the whole surface at the same thickness.
If there are
defects on the surface, the first coat is bonded with the classical mortar as being
brought to the scale. This work is not required for bondings of other coats.
Take pains over the
horizontal and vertical joints be left and joints be maximum 3 mm while it was being
bonded and pay attention the joint spaces completely fill with the adhesive.
Working period is
approximately 10-15 minutes.
Consume the
prepared mortar in 3 hours. Dispose the old mortar, do not definitely mix it into the
recently prepared fresh mortar.
Warning
Do not breathe the
powder because of its is cement based, do not make it contact with skin and eye.
Do not add any
admixture that was not determined in the application guideline.
Store in a dry
environment with maximum 10 coat storing.
Above values had
been given for 23 °C ± 2 and %50 ±5 humid environment conditions. These values may
change according to the environmental conditions. |
