Application Direction

As Joint Filling:
The temperature of the application ground must be +19 ºC / +27 ºC (for Rezklad). Wait the material for 1 day at room temperature before using.
Remove the dust, dirt and construction residues in the joint spaces rather well.
2 componented product had been packaged as 5,5 kg. including 4,4 kg powder and resin, 1,1 kg Stiffiner. Mix the 2 components in a wide pot with the trowel for appoximately 1 minute. The mixture kind of the components and periods are as determined in the adhesion application.
As pouring the mixture that has been prepaired like this on the floor tiles immediately, fill the joint spaces with the polyester or steel spatula rather well.
Take the residues on the flor tiles as grazing with the steel spatula immediately.
Immediately clean the dirty things on the flor tiles with a hard sponge that had been humided with warm water with detergent with circular actions. Often change the cleaning water.
The application is required to be made by a team because of this work has to be made quickly. Thus; confacer the working period.

As Adhesive:
The temperature of the application ground and environment must be +10 ºC / +27 ºC. Wait the material for 1 day at room temperature before using.

Pour the mixture to the dry, clean application ground where the construction resudials and dust had been removed. Apply to the vertical surfaces as spreading.
Spread the material as pulling it with a suitable notched rake and adhere the flor tiles as leaving suitable joint space.
Do not walk on it for 24 hours after the flor tiles were spreaded.

Warnings:
During application, ventilate the working environment and use glove.
Wash with much water in case contact with skin and eye.
Do not add any admixtures that were not determined in the application guideline.
Store in dry environment.
Above values had been given for 20 °C ± 2 temperature and %50 ±5 humid environment conditions. These values may change according to the environmental conditions.
