Application Guideline
Remove the residues
that will prevent to adhere on the surface.
If there are any
broken, cracked and defective areas before the ceramic application on ceramic, repair them
with the TamirArt.
It is a product
ready to use. Mix it befor starting to the application.
Rake the mortar with
a notched raked trowel that is suitable to the floor tile as spreading it on the surface. (See: Table of Notch
Sizes).
Adhere the ceramics
on the product that has been raked in 20 minutes at least.
At first coat the
surface with the Coat of Kalekim for the application on the plaster and painted ground.
(Control the strenght of the dye while applying it on the painted grounds, scrape the
swelled parts.)
The flat and coatar
applications can be made for the adhesion of the insulation plates
Close the package
tightly when not in use.
Use the Adhesion
Mortar of GraniTech for applications with the floor tiles that have low absortion of water
such as granite.
The product drying
period can go up 1 week for the ceramic application on the old ceramic.
Warnings
Close the package
rather well when not in use because of the product is toughened by contact with air.
Do not add any
admixture that was not determined in the application guideline.
Store it between 5
°C - 23 °C, as it will not be exposed to the sun light directly.
Above values had
been given for 23 °C ± 2 temperature and %50 ±5 humid environment conditions. These
values may change according to the environmental conditions. |
