Syntetic resin emulsion based, containing small
natural coloured marble chips, applied by steel trowel, fine ready mixed interior and
exterior plaster.

APPLICATION FIELDS
Decorative coating for exterior and interior use on
mineral surfaces (concrete, gas concrete, mortar etc)
APPLICATION METHOD
1- The subsrate must be dry, clean and free from all
materials that may prevent good adhesion. All water insulation precautions related with
the building must have been taken beforehand.
2- The surfaces on which MIKRO DREWA will be applied
must be previously primed with special plaster primers of Kalecolor, Uni-Astar or
Silastar, It is recommended to use primer in the color shade of MIKRO DREWA to be applied.
3- MIKRO DREWA application should begin one day after
the primer application. First, it is transferrede to a large container and mixed
thoroughly, Then, evenly spread on surface by a steel trowel. Nothing must be added to
MIKRO DREWA beside the clean water that is necessary to add till it regains its
application visconisty in cases when it has lost from its water content for some reasons.
Clean the tools after use with water.
CONSUMPTION
The consuption of MIKRO DREWA is 2.5 to 2.9 kg/m2
PACKAGING
MIKRO DREWA is avaible
only in 25 kgs pails.
Please Note:
* Like other
dispersion based materials, MIKRO DREWA should not be applied under glaring sun, strong
wind, fog, relative humidy, imminent rain or frost.
* Beign natural materials, marble chips used in MIKRO
DREWA may occasionally cause slight differences of color in the finished coating. It is
therefore recommended to use only material marked with identical batch numbers or, if
utilizing material from different batches, the entire quantity needed should therefore be
mixed in advance.
* To avoid lapping on large surfaces, care should be
taken to have a sufficient number of hands on the job and to apply the material wet-on-wet
without interruption.
* Not suitable for application on horizontal surfaces
exposed to rain and or moisture.
* Minimum temperature for application is +5 C for
subrate, material and air.
