8101 KaleFoam Polyurethane Foam

Single componented, polyurethane based, multi aimed foam that toughens with the weather's mositure between 2-4 hours.
Resistant to every kind of weather conditions.
Harmless to Ozone layer.

Application Fields
For fixing of frames of door and window,
For fixing and insulation on the wall transitions of hot-cold water pipes and electricity installations,
For filling of the cracks and spaces on wall,
For closing of roof and expension joints,
Perfect adhesion to many of the structure materials (except polyethilene, polypropilene, teflon and silicone).

Application Guideline
Remove the dust, dirt and soft pieces on ground and humiden very little.
Shake the tupe for 20-30 times strongly and attach the dosage alert to the tupe.
Press it with approximate 45º angle as turning the tupe to the opposite way.
Fill the foam as starting from the lowest part. Adjust the quantity of the pressed foam with pressure to the dosage alert. Fill the spaces rather well because of the foam will expend 2,5 times more than the first pressed volume.
Clean the foams that soils to the unwished spaces with the polyuretan cleaner or acetone before they dried.

Warnings
Use in well ventilated spaces.
The hardened foam can just be cleaned with mechanical methods. Use gloves while you are working.
The box had been filled with pressure, protect it against temperature under 50ºC.
Keep the product as upright.
