of the coating materials such as the ground and wall ceramics, marble, natural stone,
marble, natural stone between 1-6 mm.

Application
Guideline
Remove the residues
that will prevent to be clinged on the joint spaces.
Mix it until there
will not be any lump as pouring 25 kg. powder mortar over the 6-6,5 lt. water slowly .(Use
of low cyclical mixer is recommended for mixture.)
Rest the mortar for
maturation for 10 minutes, mix it again before you start to apply.
Fill the mortar
into the joint soaces with a rubber trowel with crosswise actions as spreading it on the
surface and take the residuces as grazing
Clean the surface
with a humid sponge after 20-30 minutes.
Polish the surface
as cleaning with a dry cloth after it dried.
Consume the
prepaired mortar in 1 hour. Dispose the old mortar.
Pay attention to
the water rate that will be added into the powder mortar, avoid from application in
emulsion form. Application in emulsion form will cause to the crackings, collapses, easy
abrasions, chalkings and colour defects.
The space can be
started to be used in 24-48 hours after the joint application.
Use the joint
filling material of FugaFlex for the floor tiles with low absorbtion of water such as
granite ceramic.
Warnings
Do not breathe its
powder because of its is cement based, do not make it contact with skin and eye.
Do not add any
admixtures that were not determined in the application guideline.
Store the craft box
product in the dry environment with maximum 10 coat storings.
Above values had
been given for 23 °C ± 2 temperature and %50 ±5 humid environment conditions. These
values may change according to the environmental conditions. |
