Application Fields
Workes of cellular
mineral structure elements such as concrete, mastory, cement plate, traverten, brick, limy
plaster, roofing tiles that require water impermeability,
Lining of the
mineral surfaces where the dye and plaster will be applied,
The workes of the
surfaces that are covered with every kind of dyes and plasters that have low water
resistance.
Tecnichal Features
Aspect: Yellow-orange coloured viscosity liquid
Application Temperature: +0 ºC / +35 ºC
Consumption: Average 20-50 g/m²
(changes according to the surface's porosity)
Package: 1 lt. plastic tin
Shelf Life: In its unopened package in dry environment 12 months
Application Guideline
Remove the dust,
dirt and oil on the surface.
Dilute the Durex
with clean water at rate of 1/14 if it will be used as coat, with rate of 1/9 if it will
be used as the work material. Thus, mix it as adding Durex into the water.
Prepaire necessary
quantity mixture because of the diluted material has to be consumed in the same day.
Apply the Durex that
has been prepaired like this, to the surface with a brush, roll or spray gun as before 2-3
layers. (Little structure elements can be worked with the layering tecnique.)
Start to the second
layer application while the surface is still wet, without no waiting period between the
layers.
Do not make any
application under sun and at temperature under 0 °C.
If a coating
material will be applied on Durex, wait for 1 day after application.
Warnings
Store the product in
a clean and dry space, at temperature over 0 °C and as it will not be exposed to the sun
directly. |
