Mortar Additive for Performance

"Cement based mortar, synthetic rubber based liquid admixture that increases performance for the plaster, covering etc.
 

Application Fields
For obtaining of use for repairing workings and increasing the water impermeability and adherence, flexibility of the mortars,
For increasing of mechanical resistance and resistances of the mortars against freezing resolution.

Application Guideline
The quantity of Kalekim Latex that will be added into the mixture water changes according to the use space and aim. Examples of some application:
For use of the liqued mortars: Into the cemented mixture with enough quantity that has been mixed with the sand that has suitable piece dimension (cement/sand rate: 1/4 - 1/5); Kalekim Latex / Water: The plaster mortar is obtained as adding enough prepaired mixture water at rate of 1/4.
For use of repairing mortars: Into the prepaired powder mortar (cement/sand arteý: 1/3 - 1/4); Kalekim Latex / Water: The plaster mortar is obtained as adding enough prepaired mixture water at rate of 1/3.
For use of covering: Firstly as the layer that will increase the adhesion, into the cement/sand mixture that had been mixed at rate of 1/3; from the liquid plaster mixture that was prepaired as adding 2 measure water into the 1 measure Kalekim Latex, as adding until they will be boza consistency, spreaded to the ground as it will be 2 mm. The covering must be applied on it while it is wet. For preparation of covering; enough mixture water that was prepaired from Kalekim Latex / Water: at rate of ¼, into the mortar mixture that includes enough sand and cement (cement/sand rate: 1/3 -1/4) must be added.

Warnings
Do not shake more than required because of preventing of Kalekim Latex against more air entry.
Keep the product against freezing.
Clean the used equipment with water.
